This handmade kiln fired fused glass wall art depicts a charming beach and sea scene, complete with cute little starfish and sea shells.
The piece was made using the freeze and fuse method (Freeze & Fuse is a remarkable micro-casting technique that utilizes glass powders to produce intricate and small castings) and then hand painted.
The ocean sea is painted in pretty blue and white waves, while the sand was hand mixed and painted to create a sandy grainy effect, with dichroic added for a sparkly touch. The artwork has been kiln fired multiple times for durability and measures 18x18cms including the frame.
